Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the Axilrate Platform to ensure lawful, secure, and responsible communication practices.
2. Consent Requirements
You must:
- Obtain explicit, informed consent prior to sending communications
- Maintain verifiable records of such consent
- Clearly disclose the nature and purpose of communications
3. Messaging Rules
You must not:
- Send unsolicited or bulk spam messages
- Contact users without prior consent or lawful basis
- Send excessive or abusive frequency messages
- Misrepresent identity or sender information
4. Content Restrictions
You must not send content that is:
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
- Offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harassing
- Promoting illegal or regulated activities without authorization
- In violation of applicable laws or platform policies
5. Data Usage Restrictions
You must not:
- Use purchased, rented, or scraped data
- Process personal data without lawful basis
- Use the Platform for unauthorized data collection
6. Opt-Out Compliance
All communications must:
- Include a clear opt-out mechanism
- Honor opt-out requests promptly
- Maintain suppression lists
7. WhatsApp & Messaging Platform Compliance
Where applicable, you must:
- Use pre-approved message templates where required
- Comply with session and template messaging rules
- Avoid promotional or unsolicited messaging outside permitted use cases
Violation may result in immediate suspension or reporting to platform providers.
8. Enforcement
The Company may:
- Automatically block or restrict campaigns
- Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
- Permanently ban repeat or severe violators
9. Monitoring
The Company may monitor usage using automated systems to detect:
- Spam patterns
- Complaint rates
- Policy violations
10. Reporting
The Company may report violations to:
- Regulatory authorities
- Third-party platforms (including Meta)
